How much does it cost?


Why should I purchase a subscription when Document Grader works the same with or without advertisements?

Removing ads will:

  • Increase the real estate on your screen you have to view your text and read Document Grader's feedback.
  • Eliminate distractions so you can really get down to business.

How do I reset my password?

  • Click the "Log In" link at the top of the page.
  • Click the "Forgot your password?" link toward the middle of the page.
  • Follow the steps provided.

Why didn't I get an email to verify my account?

  • First, follow the recommendations in the answer below to make sure emails from Document Grader are not being marked as spam.
  • If you need to resend your confirmation link, first log in. Then click the link given in the warning message to re-send the email confirmation link.

I didn't receive any email confirmation when trying to Register for Document Grader. What should I do?

Check your Spam folder for an email from Document Grader. If you see an email from Document Grader in your Spam folder, please click this link or button given by your email provider to indicate that this is not spam and move it to your regular inbox. While you're at it, you should add "support@docgrader.com" to your list of allowed senders.


Why didn't I receive an email when trying to reset my Document Grader Password?

Is my document automatically saved?

Yes. Every few seconds, after you make any changes to your document, it will be saved automatically. You can also click the "Save" button to save it immediately. When you log in later then the document will be reloaded again so you can continue your work.
